Ingredients: Boiled Honey, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Juniper Berries, MJ M05 yeast

Taste: Sweet, herbal, bit like liquid apple pie :)
Notes: Steeped tea from the crushed herbs. Added a piece of cinnamon in secondary for extra flavor.
